Graham Cracker Recipe

Graham Crackers are a staple for the summer. Whether it’s using them to sandwich a gooey marshmallow by the open fire or crumbling it for the bottom of a pie or cheesecake, this recipe will bring joy back to the summer treats for you and your kids!
Recipe Makes: 2 cookie sheets

Celebrate, gluten free All Purpose Flour Mix |
3 cups |
Baking Soda |
1/2 tsp |
Baking Powder |
1 tbsp |
Soft Butter |
1/2 cup |
Brown Sugar |
1/2 cup |
Honey |
1/3 cup |
Vanilla Extract |
1 tsp |
Milk |
1/2 cup |
Baking Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
2. In a large bowl combine and whisk flour, baking soda and baking powder.
3. In a separate bowl combine butter, sugar, and honey and mix until fluffy
4. Add vanilla to mixture.
5. Slowly add flour mixture and milk into mixture, alternate between them until mix is fully combined.
6. Roll dough into a rectangle of 1/4 inch thickness.
7. Cut into preferred shape or leave as one piece to crumble after baking.
8. Bake at 350 F for 13 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Let cool on sheets. Store in freezer.
