Is everything gluten-free?
Yes! We are a dedicated gluten-free bakery. Our Owner and quite a few bakers/employees are Celiac, so they know what your journey is like and have made our bakery a safe space for all those experiencing similar dietary restrictions.
Do you have items that are dairy-free or vegan?
Yes! We have a variety of baked goods that are dairy-free or vegan including breads, buns, cookies, muffins, donuts, cupcakes and cakes. All dairy-free/vegan products are marked on our website, and our staff are helpful in answering any questions in store. Please note that we typically have less of a supply of dairy-free/vegan products so it is usually best to pre-order.
Is your bakery nut-free?
Our bakery is not 100% nut-free, but we do not use any nut flours or whole nuts in any of our products. On occasion we will use Nutella and Skor bits on certain desserts, but our staff do their best to keep cross contamination from happening with other products.
What flours do you use in your baking?
We create a variety of blends for our products that include Brown Rice Flour, Sweet Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Arrowroot Flour, Sorghum Flour, Potato Starch and Xanthan Gum.
How do I get there?
Great question! Coming from the west - 100ave and take a left onto 153st or 152st. Coming from the north - left turns from 156st onto stony plain rd or 100ave are closed. 149st and 151st are also currently closed. We recommend coming south via 163st or 142st instead. Coming from the south - roads are free. Find us via 149st to 100ave, then right on 152st. Coming from the east - open access via stony plain rd.
Where can I park?
While we lost our street parking to LRT construction, there is a parking lot directly behind our building is available anytime. It is most easily accessible by 152 or 153 street.
