Our Story

Celebrate, gluten free!
Since 2011 we've had the privilege of creating moments for people to celebrate when they find out everything we make is gluten free!  This local bakery was started by Lee-Anne, a celiac mother of 5, who endeavoured to make gluten free baked goods that taste just as delicious as any other baking out there. 
The gluten free journey is a difficult one, but our hope is to make that journey a little bit sweeter for you. This continues to be the heart of our bakery’s operation, as we have grown from a farmers market table to a storefront and cafe.
